A licensed California Real Estate Salesperson since 1979, Brent Winnick began his career working in residential real estate. He then expanded his expertise to include mortgage brokerage. Always looking for new challenges, Brent eventually transitioned to the commercial field.
His business association with The Piken Company originated in the mid-1990’s.
Brent currently handles lease and sale transactions for the firm. He often teams with other agents to broker a large variety of commercial transactions. While his main focus is in the San Fernando Valley, he also consummates sales and leases in other areas of Los Angeles. Raised in LA since 1963, Brent is intimately acquainted with the city and its various nuances and neighborhoods.
